★ When will my order ship?
Typically I strive to ship out orders in less than a week but because I am just one person it can really differentiate on how busy I am and may possibly take longer! However I can guarantee that I will try my best to ship it out as fast as I can 🙂
★ Returns & Exchanges:
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem or concern with your order, feel free to reach out to me!
★ I ordered but there is no tracking number?
To make shipping more affordable, orders with items that weigh less than 3.5 ounces (ex: beaded ring, star keychain) are sent out with a stamp & envelope which means there is no tracking. Please allow 1-2 weeks for US orders and 4-6+ weeks for international orders.
If I sent to the wrong/incorrect address?
Please double check ALL of your shipping information before placing your order. ☆If you input the incorrect address, it may subject your order to a delayed shipping date. Please use the contact page to file a request to change the address. ☆When an order has been officially shipped, I can no longer make changes to the shipping address. Therefore, responsibility of the package is in the hands of transportation services.
★My package is damaged/ or missing. What should I do?
Although I put my heart and soul into my work, I am not responsible for lost mail. If your package is missing, please check your local USPS or ask your neighbors/apartment complex. However if your product has arrived damaged please feel free to contact me!
★Do you ship to my country?
Here are the countries I'm currently shipping to: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, South Africa. If you do not see your country here, please check the USPS website to see if your country has any shipping restrictions. If not, feel free to contact me and I'll add it to the list!
